In this sub-module, you'll learn how to download your quilt's fabric information and save it outside of PreQuilt. This is also a really useful tool for when you go fabric shopping or are storing your works in progress.

To download a quilt map as well as your fabric information:

1. Click on the <mark style="color:blue;">**Download Image**</mark> button (![](/files/MbCEP9LLm3qFtXnJSmAj)) on the central vertical control panel.

2. A pop-up window will appear. On the left side, there will be an image of your quilt, and on the right  side, there will your quilt's fabric information (and block information, if you own the quilt).

3. Click on the <mark style="color:blue;">**Download the Colors + Blocks**</mark> button to download a PDF of your fabric and block information.&#x20;

4. <mark style="color:blue;">**Go to your Downloads folder**</mark> on your computer to find your PDF file. It's usually called, "*prequilt\_quilt\_info.pdf*".
